Marketing sites and landing pages built for speed, clarity, and the click that follows an ad.
We build the systems
your company runs on.
We build the systems your company runs on.
Websites, software, ads, and AI, built to work as one system. Ruah designs and ships websites, software, automations, advertising, and AI. The pieces are built to work together, from the first click to the work that happens after someone says yes.
What we build.
Eight services, designed to work as one system. From the first visit to the work that happens after.
Internal tools, portals, and products shaped around the way your team actually works.
The handoffs between your tools, carried by the system, including the exceptions.
Search and social planned with the page, the offer, and the conversion in one loop.
Assistants that qualify, answer, and take the next step, with a person approving what matters.
Models that answer from your documents, catalog, and policies, and show the source.
Tracking you can trust, then changes to the pages and offers that create revenue.
Stores built to be fast and clear, from the catalog through checkout and the note after the order.
One system, end to end
Helping companies get more done with one system.

Where should we start?
Pick the problem closest to yours. The brief opens with that work already selected.
People visit, and too few become customers.
We build the page, run Google Ads and Meta Ads against it, and measure the visits that turn into leads or orders.
Websites · Ads · Analytics
Start with thisThe team repeats the same steps by hand.
We connect the tools you already use, and put an agent on the steps a person should only approve.
Automations · AI agents · Custom LLM
Start with thisThe product or store does not match how you sell.
We design and build the software, the shop, or the buying flow your team can run after launch.

Start with thisIf more than one of these is true, say so in the brief. We will answer with a scope for the first release.

Teams use Ruah when the site, the ads, and the follow-through need to work as one system.
“The website, the ads, and the follow-up finally live in one place. We stopped passing the same lead between tools.”
Amira Shah
Director of Operations
“The repeatable steps run on their own. People spend their time on the work that actually needs them.”
Jonah Hale
Founder
“We can see which visits become customers. The page and the ad spend finally agree.”
Elena Voss
Head of Marketing
Fieldwork
“It works like another pair of hands, and a person still approves anything that matters.”

Before the first call.
What does Ruah actually take on?
Websites, software, workflow automations, Google Ads and Meta Ads, AI agents, custom LLM and RAG systems, analytics and conversion work, and e-commerce. Most engagements combine two or three of these, because they depend on each other.
Can you work with what we already have?
Yes. A site that already ranks, an ad account with history, a stack of tools, a store that is live. We start from the constraint in front of you and keep what is working.
How does a project start?
A short brief, then a call. You leave with a written scope: what we will build, the boundary around it, how long the first release takes, and how we will know it worked.
What is inside a custom LLM or RAG engagement?
We structure your source material, retrieve the relevant parts when a question arrives, evaluate answer quality, and place the system where your team or customers already work. Answers can cite their sources. Sensitive actions stay behind an approval.
What do we receive at launch?
The repository, the accounts, and documentation. If you want us to keep operating ads, experiments, or agents after launch, that is a retainer. It is a choice, separate from the build.
Where do you work?
With teams remotely. The work lives in writing, on calls, and in regular releases you can use.
Tell us what should work better.
A website, a product, an ad system, an agent. Send a brief and we will answer with a scope.
- The offer, in plain language
- What is already live
- The result you want from the next release
